Foden Timber tractor.
This Foden was built in 1939 and bought new by the Great Western Railway (GWR). The current owner bought it in 1962 and has owned it ever since.

Restored & preserved vehicles at Sandbach Festival of Transport.
Photographed here is a preserved Foden Timber tractor that took part in the vintage vehicle event held in Sandbach. Mid way through the day, there was a run around the streets of this Cheshire town, and many vehicles took part. Some boiled up on this hot sunny day, but most completed the journey without a problem.
