The Rally Of The Tests historic car rally held in November 2005
Notes on this classic Volvo Amazon seen on 13th Nov 2005.
A pair of red Volvo Amazon 122S are shown here parked up resting between rally stages. The grime and mud splattered over all the cars in this rally are clear signs that the going was fairly hard in previous stages.
This picture, of an early Amazon, is photo number 52 of 95 images that I've put up on the site showing the historic rally cars that took part in this event in 2005. Please go to the main Rally Of The Tests photos page to see the other 94 photos! All were taken during a mid-morning stop-over between competitive stages during the rally on Sunday 13th November. The venue was the former secret nuclear bunker at Hack Green, near Nantwich in Cheshire.
