Austin J2 Security van.
This little 1960 J2 is finished in the colours of Securicor Ltd Armoured Security Division and is in top condition. These forward-control Austin vans were a common sight in the 1960s and 1970s but have now disappeared from regular use on our roads. Campers like the one alongside are the most commonly encountered J2s nowadays.

Classic lorry and van photos from the Gaydon truck show.
In addition to the Austin J2 Security van shown above, were many other classic and vintage lorries, both large and small. I've featured 85 of the photos I took at this particular show, held at the Gaydon motor museum in Warwickshire, in 2005.
