1960s Ashley 1172.
Forerunner to the Sportiva was the curvy 1172 GT as shown here. This fibreglass shell was one of many produced in the 50s and early 60s to fit onto Ford Pop and Prefect chassis. I bought this one in 2000/1 I think and it came fitted with lots of nice Aquaplane tuning gear. When I sold it the car went to a new home in Germany I believe.
